Can't send text messages.

I have a basic Doro phone.  I can make phone calls and receive text messages.  For the last few weeks I've been unable to send text messages.  Message not sent.

  • What model Doro do you have.
  • Are you on PAYG or pay monthly contract.
  • Does your phone show any signal.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
