When I go to sign the contract, it asks me for a PAC code or if I want to give it a new number. What should I choose? I want to receive my calls from people who dialed the same number as usual, on both devices. But I don't want my current number disconnected. If I choose new number, will I still get calls to my watch incoming from my phone number?

@azumirm212 you want a new number for the watch you’re not bringing a number from a different network to put onto the watch. The watch is linked to account level so when your phone rings your watch will ring also but the watch has its own number. This is for data and billing purposes.
