Hi, my son has an Xplora x5 watch and I’ve got him an EE sim but he can neither make or receive calls. It just goes to voicemail, EE voicemail
pleaee can anyone help?

@Jbrierley Is cellular data enabled on the watch ?

Hi thanks for your message. The Xplora watch doesn’t give the option of enabling cellular data. I’m at quite limited in settings etc.

ive tried to contact tech support and the chat or message function is not working and the only number to call is 150 which doesn’t work from my other phone!

Hi Christopher thanks for your help. I’ve now spoken to tech support and they checked and suggested the sim looked ok. They suggested I use sim in another phone, I did this and same issue, can’t make or receive calls. I’m now at a loss, what else can I do?

Hi, did you manage to resolve this issue? Both my sons have had an X5 Play on contract for 2 years but since going to a pay-monthly sim neither of them can make or receive calls nor messages within the X-plora platform.
