when i try and check the status of my upgrade order, t say "oops timed out"

Upgraded yesterday - had email confirmation but not received any more updates - when i put the order number into the tracked on "my orders" it just says "oops your tracking has timed out"

was expecting it to be despatched today and delivered tomorrow

I am having the same issue with my order I’m a new customer have received this email paid the upfront cost and heard nothing else any advice

Welcome to the community.

I know you'll want to get your hands on your new phone.

With the email just showing yesterday's date, I'm sure there is nothing to worry about with the order. It would go to our digital sales team first of all for them to process, and then be dispatched. 

When it is on the way, you'll get tracking details from DPD to let you know when to expect delivery.
