@sxgns ,  once your order has been dispatched, you will receive notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@sxgns  Have you received a tracking number ?  This isn’t the order number you got when you placed that order.   Have you been notified it’s on its way ?  When did you order it ?
