I have placed an order this afternoon, upfront payment is pending but the page was then blank so no order number given and I have received no confirmation email. I have been unsuccessful in contacting EE as my number is an existing number in my husbands name. I am most unimpressed and it does not fill me with confidence. I want a solution to this issue and an order number.

Hi @Kayleigh1408 Although it's great news that you've placed an order, I can imagine it's concerning that you've not gotten any confirmation.
We don't have access to any accounts here in the EE Community, so I'd recommend giving us a call so that one of our guides can look into the order for you.
You mentioned that your number is in your husband's name, WWs the order an upgrade of that number, or were you taking out a brand new separate contract?
