We'd love to see you stick with us, but once the device is confirmed as back, we'll reverse your upgrade and you can then either upgrade or request cancellations.
Are you still getting service on your existing SIM in the menatime?

You should receive a text message once the phone has been returned back to us, have you had that yet? After that the upgrades team will be able to process a new order for you and see if there's a delivery date more suitable.

No as was having a new number at moment looking elsewhere as EE completely off radar getting charged for something ended August then overcharged just can't get anything right and never get straight answer

Yes I’m wait and the same I been in brunch DPD send me messages but brunch not pick up. Maybe is better send to postal address, item still on the depot Middleton
