upgraded and its picked the wrong colour

I've just this minute upgraded my sons iphone and its saying i ordered purple instead of black. ive tried to contact ee but the office is just about to close. i want to get it sorted before they send out the wrong colour

You'll need to call ee tomorrow. If the device is already processed then you can return it within 14 days, buy a skin or case.
