Upgrade

I have had a sim contract for 6 months with EE and was told I could upgrade after 6 months. Yesterday I went onto my online account and upgraded but when iv checked my account this morning it no longer has the phone with the contract sim iv picked,  just a huge price for a sim and I also paid £30 upfront? What  are my options I no longer want the contract if the phone is not included.

@Chelsiwilliams   If you’ve paid an upfront cost then there is definitely a phone with that contract,   no sim only contract has an upfront cost.      

 What are you expecting to see on your account?   You upgraded yesterday you do not yet have this new device yet.
