Samsung s25 pre-order upgrade

Hi.I upgraded my phone to a Samsung s25 which was pre-ordered at an EE store. The phone has not been sent since 3rd February until now. What is the average waiting time? The phone is mint colour.

@Barman285  you need to contact the store as that is your point of sale. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have already contacted them. They have only placed an order so they do not know how long it will take, that is why I asked about the average waiting period? Nobody knows anything…

Can I know what it is for 128gb and what it is for 256gb?I'm sure many other customers are also waiting for their phones like me...

We currently have the 128GB in stock, and there is a delay of up to 14 days on the 256GB model, but this may be less depending on when you placed your order @Barman285.
