Hi I am wondering if someone can help me. I traded in my Samsung s24 ultra. I am still waiting for it arriving the trading pack. My new phone has arrived s25 ultra  but no trading pack. I ordered the S25 on predorder. I though the pack would be out by now.

Normally our team will set this to ship around the same time as the handset launch date, so it could be with you in the next few days. 

It's worth checking to make sure that the trade-in request has been set up as it should be though, so if you reach out to our team, they'll be able to confirm everything.
