I placed and order for a monthly contract phone and paid £500 upfront
Since This I have had no update if it was approved
yet it’s took £500 from my bank account

When did you place the order? Have you checked your spam/junk folder?
You would otherwise have to ring customer service, as we have no idea who you are and have no account access.
You will probably find that it is not actually taken from your account but they also need to know you have the funds to pay, and if the order did not go through you would get your money back.
