i’ve recently ordered a new phone and sim, i try to go on to track it and it times me out. what can i do about this as i haven’t received any other tracking information

Welcome to the EE Community
If you have not already done so, please try loading up the tracking page on another browser to see if you get the same issue.
The online tracking lets you track your order status up until dispatch, but for actual delivery you would get a text from DPD to the contact number you put down when ordering once it has been dispatched to them. That text will have a tracking link to keep track of the delivery of your phone and SIM.
