My son placed an order yesterday as a guest for a new PS5 controller. We are not a customer of EE currently.
He has realised today that he put the wrong address details, but I can’t find any details of how to speak to someone to rectify this. All the information relates to if you are a current customer or have a mobile with EE. Hoping someone can help please!

unfortunately that is the number I have already tried and it won’t let me progress to talk to someone unless I enter a mobile number for a EE phone which we do not have as we have purchased something as a guest not an existing EE customer.

The link @Chris_B has included does have an email option on the contact us page. You don't need an EE number to use that and the team will be able to help with this.
