switch to sim only

My contract is due to come to an end this month so I have switched to sim only. I've had an email confirming this a month ago but no new sim card in the post. Should I receive a new sim card or does it just changeover? The sim only contract is due to start on 19th March.

Also, does the 20GB HBB data boost that I have due to broadband move over to the sim only contract automatically?

  1. It should just change over on the existing SIM.
  2. Any mobile data boost resulting from having BB should be added within 30 days of BB going live.
