How do I get proof of purchase for a device that I ordered form EE in May 2021?
I need to this to prove date and serial number of the device so that Apple will repair a known fault on my phone as part of the iPhone 12 Service Program

@Perian You got that when you received the device, but if don’t have this now you’ll need to call customer services to request this . If it’s a known fault of the device and apple have a service program for that device for that fault they should be fixing the issue anyway under the service program.

Please call our Customer Service on 150 from your EE mobile and a member of the Care Team will be able to arrange a Proof of Purchase to be sent out to you.

I tried this but didn;t get to speak to anyone, only the recorded message with options, no of which were obvious to get a proof of purchase

You can select the option for billing and general account queries to reach the team who can issue your proof of purchase.
