my pre order item is showing at dispatched and that i have no active orders either?

@joeetx1 , what did you pre-order? Pre-orders will only be available when EE either have stock or when they are ready for delivery when EE have the stock and depending how many have ordered the same device and are also sent out on first come first serve.

i ordered the iphone 17 pro just when i go to track it it says it’s already been dispatched 

@joeetx1 , I doubt it has already been dispatched, you should receive notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

I would suggest, if you have not already done so, to download and register with DPD with the same email address as EE have, as you will receive a PIN code, which you will have to show the driver, in order to receive your item.

Just to let you know, on Apple’s website, it actually says 19.09.2025 is when it will be available for delivery, so EE certainly will not be delivering them until then, I have just checked on Apple’s website.

oh yeah i know they are not out yet hence the confusion im having since on EEs tracking website it says it’s been dispatched so that’s why im confused
