XKO number

Any help would be much appreciated.

the “xko” order number I have been issued isn’t working. It keeps saying that it’s “timed out”, yet I’ve not used it. I cancelled my previous contract with o2 so dpd can’t contact me with a tracking number either. Am I being stupid here or is there another way to see my order?

Kind regards

@GreenmanS46  That’s an order number you need a tracking number.   You can use the DPD app for tracking.
You also need a working phone as you’ll be sent a PIN that you have to give to the courier when they hand over your item,  No pin no item.

Luckily for you that pin is also available via the DPD app should you download it and create an account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @GreenmanS46

As @Chris_B mentioned, the XKO reference is just the reference for your order, rather than a delivery reference.

When your order has been processed and passed to our couriers, you'll get a delivery reference text to the number that you set as your contact number.
