ordered a phone on the 28th of august taken 30 pounds. tracking number doesnt work. what a joke also no email or text to confirm

If tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150. 

Download the DPD app as well becase when your order is sent DPD will text you.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
