Orders placed for a new line or device on Wednesday last week should have been processed by now. 

Please check your Spam/Junk folder of your email to see if you have an order confirmation or update message, as it may have been filtered there. 

If you've have no update by email, it may mean there has been a problem with your order. Please give our Customer Care team a call who will be able to locate the order you placed and give you an update if it has been processed or cancelled.
