i ordered iphone 17 pro max cosmic orange on 3rd january it’s now the 11th of january and i haven’t or received all info on it

@Jack14816   Did you receive a confirmation of order ?  This will have an order number on it.   If you have this you need to call customer support to chase this up.  But it sounds like your order didn’t go through 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

i did receive confirmation but i can’t find it now and it definitely went through bc money came off my card for it but is there anyway i can phone a human so i can speak to them about my order and get my order number to tracker bc this is a **bleep** take it’s been more than a week since i ordered it 

i also got a contract summary for it
