I ordered a new phone as i was switching providers on the 4th Jan & got told it would be dispatched within 24hrs but it is now the 12th Jan and have had no update. The tracking number provided doesn’t work and i am finding it difficult to contact anyone as there is no live chat.
I don’t really understand how this works as my prepayment has come out of my bank and i received plan confirmation emails.
could anyone help with this as i was told in email it would be dispatched in 24 hours

I know you'll want to get your hands on your phone as soon as possible.
If you let me know which model you ordered, including colour and storage size, I can have a look to see if there are any delays.
