My phone is meant to be getting delivered today tracking isn’t working I paid extra to get faster delivery just want to knows what’s going on getting no information and struggling to contact ee

@REJ02  have you received a tracking number ? have you received a message from DPD saying they’ve got a delivery for you ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I’ve got a tracking number and when I use it it’s saying it’s wrong. No message from dpd. 

I ordered on Friday and the email says due today

If you've not had a message from DPD, it is very unlikely that the phone will be out for delivery, as you'd get the DPD tracking details when it is due to be delivered.

Which model of phone, including colour and storage size did you order? I can have a look at the stock to see if there are any delays.
