Order tracking doesn't work

I upgraded to a new iPhone 17 Pro Max Silver 256GB on the 8th January. Received the confirmation email the same day, saying the estimated delivery date was the 9th. I did think hat wasn't going to be the case but my main problem is that tracking doesn't work at all and there is just no communication once you've made the order.

@AdamCavo  once the device has been allocated to you you’ll receive a tracking number until the device has been allocated to you you cannot track nothing. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@AdamCavo , just make sure that you have the DPD app, where you will receive notification up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window and a. PIN number, which you show the driver before receiving your device.

I’ve had this exact same thing but ordered mine on the 4th Jan still no communication or order update & tracking doesn’t work on here or dpd app🙄

Any orders placed from 02/01/26 for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Silver shows 'Expect dispatch within 14 days.'

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a text or email from DPD, or as @Schockwave mentioned, a notification in the DPD app if you have this, when the phone is with them and ready for delivery.

It's bizarre isn't it, they spam with texts and offers. But its not until only you ring that they state it's a back log on them. I did the exact same thing. I was told be at least Friday 16th before hear anything in terms of dispatch etc. 

Definitely looking at alternative suppliers at this rate. 

By any chance have you received this yet?😊 checked website and it says dispatch within 7 days too. i only ask as i'm debating cancelling mine completely.

Checked yesterday still states on website dispatch within 7 days 🙂 might need updating for your customers so we can get an accurate idea if possible :).

Bizarre that you're selling phones you haven't got though (i know its not you personally)

Still haven’t received , i downloaded the dpd app as advised and have no parcel info. I am switching to EE from another provider and had the exact same thought about cancelling. As i don’t think it’s acceptable to sell a phone they don’t have, then say it’ll be dispatched in 24 hours and then it’s been 10 days and still nothing 😕
