I ordered the new iPhone 17 pro max in silver on the 31/12/2025. I have not received a confirmation email but the order has been processed in store. How long are these taking to come? When will I receive tracking etc?

How long is the iPhone 17 pro max taking to come. Also when do I receive confirmation for a phone I ordered on the 31/12/2025. In store told me I needed to contact customer service for my order reference.

We're currently expecting a delivery timescale of around 14 days for this model, but if we can get it to you sooner then we absolutely will.

That’s great.  Could you also help me with this. Ordered the phone in store, didn’t receive any confirmation email but received the paperwork from the store. The store told me to speak to customer service as they couldn’t find my order reference. How do I receive this? In order to track the phone.
