TV ordered on a pay monthly with tnt sports package

I paid £20 via PayPal and will pay £20 a month.

There is no way to track the order and the tel number you have is wrong as its a 2nd account i had set up when i got my laptop and not a number i use.  

It does say i will get email updates with delivery details but it was ordered 2 days ago and said in stock but not heard anything and advised its over 90mins wait time on the phone

Any advice will be appreciated

I think its sorted and should be delivered tomorrow.  They updated my contact info etc although im yet to receive any email or text confirming it.
