Hi I ordered a phone on  12th July  and How long do I have to wait for the approval?  sms or email ?

Have you been able to check your Junk/Spam folder for any emails from EE? 
If you haven't received any confirmation, I'd recommend getting in touch with our guides. They will be able to search for your order and get you an update.
