I placed an order for handset and sim contract. I received an email confirmation but latter i did receive a sms stating that the order is now cancelled with no tracking number?

@Allenrajesh The email you first got is an automated response email from the order that got placed. The SMS you received is sent out when any order is cancelled. You don’t get tracking with a cancelled order. You could try calling customer support to inquire why the order got cancelled.
