Hi I ordered my device a couple of days ago and haven't heard anything.

I understand that it's over the Christmas holidays but was just wondering when I may recieve my order?

I have tried to track my order but I recieve this message

If tracking doesn't work you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150. 

It maybe your order is not processed yet.

@Laurenemily08 , have you checked your junk/spam folder whether anything is there?
