hi .... so i placed an order , but i cant find any details about it ?

If order tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

  • Email address or phone number: Just make sure you use the same email or the phone number you used to place your order.

Like @Northerner mentioned, to specifically check an order has all gone through, you're definitely best off giving our team a call so they can double check at our end. 

If you let me know the device you've ordered though, including colour and storage version, we can give an idea on timescales for this and if it's all on track.
