I have order my 17 pro max online with upgrading sim.
the references number not working which i got in gmail. And deducted upfront payment. Its been 24hrs

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 if order tracking is not working.
Also download and register the DPD app.

@Saqilicious Is that a tracking number or an order number? Until a device is allocated to you there’s nothing to track and then you’ll get a tracking number.
