I've tried unsuccessfully using 150 and it just takes me to the visual service area where it doesn't let me speak to a person no matter what option i try,
my query is about a returned item i've had confirmation from DPD that its been returned this was on the 8th august 12 days onwards and still no update from EE.
Does anyone have a direct number that bypasses the visual service ?
i understand that EE are using this service to try to limit people contacting them but sametimes its necessary and the new service isn't suitable.

Spoke to Luke who sorted out the upfront payment and last months payment hopefully thats done
i'll know for certain when i get my next months bill whether its been credited.
