not received my sim and no track record yet

Hi ,

I have ordered the new sim card on Tuesday but still did not recevie the sim card yet. And also I cannot find my track record in "Track your order", could you please help to check my order status my return.

Thanks for coming here,. 

SIM orders can take 2-5 working days to arrive and will be posted to the account address. Tracking is not available for SIM orders. 

Have you now received the SIM?
