Not had confirmation email for preorder

Hello,

I placed a pre-order over a call last Thursday and I've signed and paid the upfront cost. I was told I'd get confirmation emails but I've not had anything yet, I don't even know the order number.

If you give us a call on 150, the team can check your order and see if the emails can be sent to you and the order tracking details you need for the online order tracker.
