iPhone 15 Pro Max No Confirmation Email

Hi,

 

I pre-ordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max on preorder day but haven’t received any form of confirmation of the order. 

I’ve not received any form of email at all from EE, not even the ones with the documents (key facts) about ordering from me and agreeing to the contract. 

The order number that I have also does not show any information when I try to search it. Instead, I just get a red box saying ‘oops’ and it apologised saying there is no information for that order yet. 

I called CS Saturday morning (two days ago) just to make sure the order was still active and didn’t cancel, and they confirmed that the order wasn’t cancelled and looked okay. So why haven’t I received the confirmation email? And why doesn’t the order tracker work (in the app or online)? It doesn’t appear in my orders either. It’s been saying this for three days:

Its likely (like evey iphone release) that EE dont know the volumes of stock they will receive becase this phone is not released until the 22nd September.  If history repeats then It is likely this device is over subscribed. 

Apple own store says deliveries between the 18-25 October as a guide.

You'll just have to wait and keep checking the order tracker. When your delivery is due DPD will text you.

I recently order and iphone 15 pro max I got an email saying I need to call to discuss and they said their running a credit and then told me that’s all they needed and that I can hang how will I know the status of my application as I can’t track it for some reason?

how I know If I passed a credit check I have also order this handset and they rang to do all the checks and then told me that all they needed but I haven’t heard anything since and I don’t know if I have pass or not

When the team contacted you and completed the extra checks did they advise if this would need to be sent to another team to see if the order was accepted?

The women on the phone said are you available for. All call back within 10 mins I said yes then when they rang me back all I needed to do was unlock my credit file and that’s it I was finished and she told me I could hang up
