Hello. My name is Lucas. I placed an order for an IPhone 13 Pro Max through the site and immediately paid £50, and today an e-mail arrived saying that I have to pay another £150, how do I solve it? Because I don't have the rest of the amount, so I want my refund of the £50 that I've already paid. I don't speak English so I can't make a call to solve it, I need to solve it urgently because I need it. My email : xxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx, my number WhatsApp xxxxxxxxxxx

Hi @Lucas34.
Have you tried using online chat?
Do you know anyone that can call on your behalf and speak English?

@Lucas34 If you was taking out a contract with EE then you have to make the full payment EE do not take part payments then request more, and you don’t get the option to part pay.
You have to speak with customer services about this.

EE are asking for a refundable security deposit as after checking your credit history they consider you have a weak credit record. You'll get it back after you show you can pay your bills on time for 3- 6 months.

The upfront payment should be back in your available balance with the bank within 7 working days.
