Regarding new order for iPhone 14pro max

Ordered for an iPhone 14pro max on 6th October  with the order number of XXXXXXXXXXXX as monthly payment scheme. On that day dedicated from me 30 pounds as Today pay. The very next day i got a message states that my order has occurred an error need to contact to one number. I tried to cobtact on that number many times and still trying but unfortunately i couldn't get in touch. So what i want to do next? Please di the needful

I believe the 14PM was discontinued when the 15PM was launched so it may be that they have no stock to fulfil your 14PM order.  

Not sure which number they have asked you to call but have you tried calling the normal 150 number?  

If they can't fulfil your order for that reason I'd personally be pushing for the 15PM at the price already agreed or only slightly more although you will have a lengthy wait for it.

First of all thanks for your reply.
If i change my order to 15PM how long I need to wait to be delivered? If it
will get as soon as possible means i am reafy to order for that with the
same scheme or any slight change of monthly payment as well. I called to
the number 08009563045, 08009566042, 0800956600 but always told that I am
on queue need to wait for 10 mins even after 10 min of waiting also not
connected.

For the 15PM at the moment I'd expect it to be a months wait.  There are still some customers waiting for pre-orders from 15th September.  

I'd call them on 150 and try and get customer service to connect you through to the relevant department.
