I called to upgrade my phone to a Samsung 23 or s23 ultra (depending on prices ) and was told the s23 ultra with discount is £55.80 yet when I log in to my Ee account I get 30% discount which makes it £45.21 as I have 4 phone lines with EE and my broadband. Any idea why the agent wouldn’t do this price for me when it’s clearly available to me?
