If you are taking out a new contract, you'd automatically be allocated a new random number but you do have a couple of options if you didn't want to use that.
If you have a number on another network that you want to use, you can get a port authorisation code (PAC) from them to move the number to EE.
Alternatively you can contact our billing guides when you are up and running to look at the option of changing the number. You can have another random number allocated for £35.75. There is an option to choose the last four digits of a number for £86.81 or the last six digits which gets a lot more expensive.
It does depend on whether a number is available and on EE.
