Bought a MacBook Air and it still hasn’t come yet it’s been a week and I’m still being charged. I Only recieved a confirmation email other than that I haven’t received any order update or tracking number. No communication between EE. Really need the laptop as it’s for work.

Welcome to the community.
I've merged your posts together so that everything is in one place, and also removed the picture so that the full order number is not showing publicly.
I did notice that the order number started SOO, which would be the EE store, so it would need to be chased up through them.
You can do this by going to the EE Store Contact Us page and follow the steps there. They'll need the following details:

Hi I’ve been having the same problem. I bought a MacBook Air and still haven’t recieved it. I ordered it a week ago. Getting worried as I’ve only recieved the confirmation email but nothing other than that. No order updates or tracking. Please could help look into this. Really need the laptop for work.
