my Galaxy ultra watch 8 has not arrived

I ordered  my galaxy watch  ultra  8 on the 25th of July and it has still not arrived i got my confirmation email  and had checked my order on the ee app and it says order dispatched. But it has still not arrived

Thanks for coming to the coming to the community. 

When did the order change to dispatched? Have you tried downloading the DPD app to check for any deliveries to the address?

If nothing is showing and the order was dispatched a few days ago, please get in touch with our mobile guides and they can check the delivery for you.
