Does anyone have any idea what’s going on with orders ? mines been stuck on dispatch since release day with no communication towards me at all, i’ve tried calling but i just get put on hold forever?

@jthompsett76  you get a notification once one has been allocated to you until then you’ll have to be patient and wait.     But I highly recommend calling again to enquire about your order just in case it actually didn’t go through

How long does this usually take im a new EE customer switching over from Vodafone so pretty new to how they run things? i don’t really have the time to be sitting on the phone all day waiting for someone to pick up.

Usually when an item is dispatched from the warehouse it's delivered by DPD the next day.

It was ordered in 256GB memory

Thanks for confirming the handset you ordered. 

Looking at the stock details, I can see any 16 Pro Max Black Titanium 256GB that were pre-ordered before 5pm on Friday the 13th Sept were expected for delivery on launch day.

However, demand for this make/model has been high, so by 5pm on Friday the 13th any ordered placed after this time are expected to be dispatched after 21 days. 

Do you recall what day/time you placed your order and when you received the order confirmation email?

I placed it on the launch day so that explains why i received the confirmation on launch day too on Friday 20th September

Ah ok, That will certainly explain it. It looks like by the 19th Sept any orders that were placed would take slightly longer, at 28 days. 
We're working closely with the suppliers to ensure we can fulfil orders as soon as we can though. 

If you haven't done so already I would strongly recommend downloading the DPD app and as soon as this has been dispatched you will be notified with the tracking details.
