I ordered the iphone 16 pro max desert titanium 521GB today at 4pm and haven't had a dispatch email yet, when i ordered it said "available to order, usually despatched within one day", apparently id have had a dispatch email tonight if i was to receive my phone tomorrow. when i tried to order the phone yesterday it said it was out of stock but obviously today it said available to order and i was able to order it. is the phone definitely in stock, and will i receive it soon?

I know you'll be keen to get your hands on your new phone, and the iPhone 16 Pro Max is a great choice.
Looking at the stock, there was a small amount of stock available but it is showing as out of stock now
When the order is placed, it will need to be processed by our digital sales team, and if there is stock available, it will be dispatched.
If there is no stock left at the time it is processed, the order would be put through and it would be waiting for the next stock to arrive.
We don't have access to your account or order here to see if it has caught the stock that was there, but if you give our customer service guides a call, they'll be able to check this for you.

I couldn't say for sure @heidis123, as the stock doesn't give us when the next delivery will be.
The oldest outstanding order is showing as being from yesterday, but if you give our customer service guides a call, they'll be able to check your order to see if it is on the way or if you are waiting for the next stock.

I called EE and they told me i missed the stock when i ordered, and id be waiting 7 days for the restock. If you're saying you don't have a delivery date for a restock, is the 7 days accurate? Or will i just have to sit tight and wait however long?

Our internal stock page isn't currently showing a timescale for that model to be available. At times it does show whether the wait would be 7/14/21/28 days of longer. With it not showing a timescale at present, I really could say how long it would be but once it is available, it would be sent to you.

okay, so why was i told id be waiting 7 days for the restock on the phone? is this accurate information as i'm being told multiple different things everytime i speak to someone new

As @Michael_D has explained, our internal stock page is currently not showing a timescale for this model to be available.
I know it's not fun being told different information, but we can only give you the details we have. We cannot say if this model will be available within 7 days.

That's what i was told by someone on the phone, and then when i called back later that day i was told there would 100% be new stock of the phone. and then i ordered it when it came into stock the next day and now im being told they don't know when they'll be in stock, but someone else from EE on the phone told me they would be in stock in 7 days. I've been told completely different things by different people so i have no idea whether i'll even be receiving the phone at this point. i don't get how some people have information that others don't seem to have, or am i just being lied to to get me off the phone? Where did the person on the phone get "7 day wait" from, if you can't see any timescale. Do i need to call back again to receive an accurate answer again?
