iPhone 18Pro Max update

Hi I ordered on the 19th Sep. 
New to iPhone and EE so was not aware of delays or demand 🫠

I have had the email ‘your order was successful - you will receive a further email/ text once the order has been dispatched. 

The upfront fee has been taken - (no longer pending) 

I am able to track the order it - it says awaiting dispatch.

I have had nothing since - nothing about delays for delivery etc. I am resigned to the fact I’ll be waiting around a month for the phone but should I have received further information due to the delay etc.

I was going to request a pac code from my current provider but not sure what the process or time scale is to switch.

Hey, i ordered a burgundy 512 gb iphone 18 pro max on 20th, after cancelling my ore orders for 256 gb which got delayed anyway. Any idea on when I can expect it please?

So orders of iPhone 18 Pro Max 512GB Burgundy on the 19th September had the guidance "Available to order -Expect despatch in more than 28 days". 

If you're looking to try a different model - the 512GB in Black or Glacier are the only ones that are expected within 14 days if ordered this morning. 

The 512GB is a popular size. Sticking with the Pro Max, if you go up to 1TB the Silver & Black they are still in stock this morning for delivery within 1-3 days. 

Or dropping to the Pro version only, 512GB Black, Silvery and Glacier ordered this morning looks like they would be dispatched in 1 day.

Checking online the Pro Max 1TB in burgundy shows it would be dispatched within 28 days.

You can check the latest shipping guidance for different model/colour/size for new orders placed today on our website at iPhone 18 Pro Max from EE 😀

I ordered the exact same on the 14th and only yesterday got my awaiting dispatch email, they told me on the 14th it’ll be up to 21 days until I receive my order… hoping it comes before I go away, quite a big hope as that’s only  7 working days away🤞🏼

Just to update - 

called EE today just to discuss other colours etc to see if I could get a phone any quicker.

The shortest wait was 2 weeks so I just said I’d wait the 4 weeks. Customer service clarified the wait was up to 4 from the date I ordered which was sat 19th.

Anyway - I’ve just received a text from DPD with my pin, so I am presuming it will be arriving in the next day or 2!? 
So hopefully anyway waiting on the burgundy max pro 512gb yours will be with you shortly too 🤞🤞

Haven’t called them yet but I don’t think I’m going to need to, just had my dpd pin sent over!😁 hopefully we both get them tomorrow, or the day after🤞🏼

For anyone who come here for the same reason I did, I ordered the pro max burgundy 1tb late afternoon on the 14th, had my awaiting dispatch email yesterday morning and just had my dpd pin sent over to me a couple minutes ago  🙂
