Why am I still waiting for my order?! Why do EE not keep people informed? I ordered on 25th September still no idea of when it will arrive. If there’s an extended delay then tell your customers! Keep people informed it’s really not much to ask? Give me the option to cancel the order and go elsewhere 😫

My current monthly contract has increased due to discounts expiring, which is why it has increased. Once I receive my new phone, it will be a lot less as I managed to get a few discounts, such as eeperks and a multiline discount. So 30% off in total. I had that on my contract I have currently, but these discounts have expired now. 😞

@Tech4199 , it is not down to EE, but Apple who do not send enough devices, and if you look on their website, they probably also have a delay.

I ordered the iPhone 17 pro max deep blue last Wednesday 22nd. I’ve not received any update at all and my contact ends on the 11th November. Don’t understand why they let people purchase the phones if they know they haven’t got them yet. I’m just hoping it comes before the 11th of November otherwise I’ll be cancelling I think

I ordered the same phone as you on the 23rd September and I’m still waiting. I got a text on Friday to say it has been dispatched to DPD so I’m now waiting for EE store to confirm delivery so I can collect it. I spoke to EE twice and was told the second time she waited 4 weeks to get hers and everyone seems to have gone for the pro max’s this year so that’s why there’s a delay as Apple can’t keep up with orders. Unfortunately it’s a waiting game!

Is there actually any new updates to give regarding the iPhone 17 pro max.
I ordered mine on 30th September silver 256GB and I keep getting told so many different things and have had three different sales people try to encourage me to cancel my order then reorder to ensure I get it within 21 days as when I placed my order it was more than 28 days for deliver (even though I was told within 28 days by the person who did the sale) and because it’s that time frame they can’t even guarantee it’ll come in the next 21 days but I was told it’s first come first serve so god knows when I will receive it.

The expected shipping times for new orders drop as more stock is received and previous orders are fulfilled.
Shipping of devices are based on a first come first served- cancelling and reordering the same device will place you to the back of the queue.

Hi,
I thought that would be the case hence why I have not cancelled my order. If it’s dropped to within 21 days can I expect it within that time frame also since I’ve been waiting 4 weeks already
