Hi! I placed an order online for anytime upgrade, I’ve recieved a text message to say that I’ll recieve the returns pack in the next few days, however, I haven’t recieved my device yet? What happens if I don’t recieve the device before the date the phone is due to be traded in which is October 18th? I was told by an advisor these returns packs only get sent out once the device is recieved? My order was placed 25th September and it had a 28 day dispatch delay so this would take me past October 18th? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@Keighley98 , do not worry, as you do not need to return your device until you receive the new one and are sure that it is fine for you. If you are at all worried, then you can speak to customer service about it, but it should be fine, as EE do not expect you to return your old phone until you have received the new one and set it up and have it working.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
