We have no account access here in this public forum, orders are sent out on a first come first serve basis, and there are others waiting for their devices who ordered before you receive yours.
There are plenty of threads about this, it could take up to 28 days, but should be sooner, depending how many Apple have sent out and how many have ordered the same one, as these devices are new models and very popular.
Butt just in case one of the community staff see this, what colour and storage size did you order? They may be able to see whether there is stock or not.
