Still waiting on the same phone for myself ordered on the 14th. Been told it will be here by the 3rd October.

I’m in the same boat. I placed my order at 4pm on the 14th, and it’s still nowhere to be seen. I’ve seen a few posts on Reddit about EE where people who placed orders later have already received theirs. With just a couple of days left, I’m considering cancelling it.

Had no dispatch email, no text from DPD but yesterday (Saturday) on the EE order page it stated dispatched. Ordered on the 26th, PM 512 Orange.

Your phone is due to be dispatched and You should receive your DPD tracking within 24 hours “theoretically” . Fingers crossed for you.

I got the above yesterday but still waiting for the DPD tezt. Fingers crossed I get the phone next week.

Welcome to the community,

We would have no idea here in the public forum with no account access and no idea who you are.

This will also depend how many are waiting for theirs, as they are delivered on a first come first serve basis.

One of the forum staff may be able to check stock and give you a rough idea, please let us know what colour and storage size, as many have ordered the phone before you.

Make sure you have the DPD app with the same information as EE have and as soon as it is dispatched, DPD will let you know up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window and a PIN number which you show to the driver to receive your device.

I ordered on the 12th but there was an issue with the order on ee’s side. So they didnt confirm my order till the 14th. orange pm 256gb - I spoke with someone last monday who told me it would arrive by the 29th. Spoke with another advisor yesterday it will be another 14 days. Fingers crossed for any day now
