Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

I ordered my iPhone 17 pro max 1TB on the 21st September, it’s now the 28th and have not had any info regarding my order… it has not even been dispatched.

I ordered my iPhone 17 pro max 256gb orange on the 23 I got a text saying order confirmed but no email, can’t track my arder hopefully ours come soon!

I received a confirmation email also, one week on and I’m still not able to track it as it’s not yet been dispatched, no doubt they will change my contract plan to the upgraded one though 🤣

I spoke to 150 and they said basically if your account says you can’t upgrade it means the orders gone through but you won’t get the “tracking number” until they receive the item you ordered so I guess it’s just a waiting game now. They couldn’t give me a rough estimate of how long I’ll be waiting as apparently a large back log for the pro max’s, hopefully we get in the next couple days or atleast the tracking number!

I’m glad someone has said this as my account now says I can’t upgrade 

so it’s jus a waitin game till I get my iPhone 17 pm 256 orange

Yeah I wasn’t getting anywhere going in store and asking and the lovely team member was trying every way possible to help me so she asked her team member about the tracking number and that’s when they said basically you’ll get it once they’ve received your items

That’s good to know at least! Fingers crossed it’s all gone through properly, I have a slight different issue as I received a tracking number on the day I ordered it, though it’s been saying “awaiting confirmation” for the entire time and about 50 seconds ago I got an email saying “your order is on track” but still no info regarding dispatch. Apparently they are awaiting delivery from Apple.

If anyone ordered after the release date don’t expect an update it can take 28 days or longer for delivery
