 Anyone any closer to getting there’s? Ordered on the 13th in the afternoon. Checked tracking on the 27th to see it had changed to coming soon then yesterday (28th) received an email stating coming soon

Spoke to EE again today to see if there were any updates. And they’ve said the pro max 256gb cosmic orange is showing them another 26 days from today.

So I initially started a live chat and they took ages to get back to me hence I called EE and spoke to someone and they said 26 days from today, but on live chat they’ve said this. Not sure what to believe 😂

However, as 15 days have already passed since your order, it is now scheduled to be shipped within 3-4 days and should be delivered to you within 7-10 days.

Oh that's good news, I was just concerned as an advisor on the phone told me another 28 days wait from today even though I was told 28 days from the launch date previously

Yes, you don't need to count waiting from yesterday. The 28-day period starts from 14 September. Most of the waiting period has already passed, and orders are now being shipped. You will receive your delivery within the expected timeframe we provided.

Don’t believe what they say I’ve been told it’s in the wharehouse to be picked and will be here in 7 days and over 28  all in the same day they just make it up as they go along I’m just gonna leave it and see what happens now I ordered on the 16th PM deep blue 256 gb

Ive asked for the fulfillment team to contact me as i keep getting different answers too, ive made a complaint to that all EE guides keep giving out different anwsers Etc and that it needs to stop, they need to start being honest and stop getting peoples hopes up.
